"It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven's Armies." โ€” Zechariah 4:6

You're not lazy.
And you don't lack commitment.

So why can't you stay consistent?

For Christians who love God, know the Truth, and still can't seem to live it.ย

The Identity Code

A free 9-question assessment to name what's underneath the pattern โ€” and the truth from Scripture that breaks it.

You already know what to do.

That's what makes this so frustrating.

  • You read your Bible, you pray, you show up. And God still feels distant.

  • You start strong. A few weeks later you're right back where you started.

  • You repent for the same thing, and nothing changes.

  • You want to feel good in your own body again, and it never holds.

  • You're exhausted, and you can't figure out where your drive went.

  • You look fine from the outside. Inside, you're quietly falling apart.

You've tried everything.
Some of it helped.
None of it stuck.

And somewhere along the way, you decided the problem was you.

Find what's actually stopping you โ†’

You're not the only one who can't say this out loud.

"I don't know who I am."

"My drive is missing in action. I'm not sure where it went."

"Self doubt, not knowing who I am, not feeling good enough."

"I work so much out of fear."

"Patterns of thought that are condemning and cause me to feel defeated."

"Knowing my mind and body would be better โ€” and failing yet again."

When I asked what was blocking them, one person wrote:

"Myself, myself, myself."

Real answers, from real assessments, from people who found this page the same way you did.

It was never commitment. I have the data.

Nearly 600 Christians have filled out the Initial Assessment to work with me. Here's what they say.

About 80%

rate their commitment to change an 8 out of 10 or higher.

Nearly half

said a perfect 10.

About 5/10

is how those same people rate their current lifestyle and habits.

5.7

is the average score for how connected to Christ they feel.

Almost 1/3

said 4 or lower.

Fully committed.
Can't stay consistent.

They love God but don't feel close to Him. These are the most committed people I've ever worked with. So it was never commitment.

You don't kill weeds by cutting the leaves.

Every program you've tried worked on your behavior. New habits, a new plan, more discipline. But behavior is the symptom. It was never the cause.

Underneath what you do is what you believe about who you are. And you will always, eventually, live like the person you believe you are.

That's why it keeps coming back. Not because you didn't try hard enough โ€” because the root was never touched.

"No good tree bears bad fruit... each tree is recognized by its own fruit." โ€” Luke 6:43โ€“44

You don't have a discipline problem.

You have an identity problem.

Which lie have you come into agreement with?

Almost everyone who comes to me is living from one of three. Not because they're broken โ€” because somewhere along the way they believed something about themselves that was never true, and then built a life on top of it.

The Performer โ€”
"My value is based on what I produce."

Looks consistent on the outside. Burning out on the inside.

The Shame Carrier โ€”
"I'm too far gone."

Hides, self-sabotages, pulls away from God.

The Fearful Avoider โ€”
"It's safer not to try."

Endless preparation. No movement.

Nine questions. Two minutes. You'll get your pattern, the lie underneath it, and the truth from Scripture that breaks it.

I'm not telling you this from the other side of it.

I was a Marine machine gunner. Then a head CrossFit coach running the largest gym in Saudi Arabia. Discipline was never my problem โ€” I'm the guy who trained four hours before anyone else showed up.

In 2025 I lost almost all of it. The woman I thought I was going to marry. My apartment overlooking the Pacific. My car. An Instagram account with 283,000 followers, hacked and deleted overnight.

I'd built my whole sense of worth on what I could produce. When the producing stopped, there was nothing underneath to hold me.

Everything here is what I found on the other side of that. And every piece of it, I needed first.

Accept truth. Choose best.

Not one more program to add to the pile.
A standard to live by โ€” and a people to live it with.
