From Grief to Grace

A 45-minute somatic healing breathwork experience, led by breathwork coach Nate Baumgardner, designed to help you go into what you've been carrying — and finally let it go.

Not to talk about it. Not to analyze it. To actually release it.

Through conscious connected breathing, we slow down, stop managing, and give the Holy Spirit access to the places our thinking has been guarding. Nothing is invoked but Jesus. Nothing is trusted but the Holy Spirit.

In Hebrew, the word for spirit is ruach. In Greek, pneuma. Both mean breath, wind, and Spirit — the same word. God breathed into dust and it became a living man. Jesus breathed on His disciples and said receive the Holy Spirit. Pentecost came as a rushing wind. In the valley of dry bones, God's chosen method of resurrection was breath entering bodies that had stopped expecting anything.

Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. That makes it holy ground — not the enemy.

What you get

The full 45-minute breathwork session. The complete recorded experience, facilitated by Nate, anchored in prayer from beginning to end. Yours to keep and return to as many times as you need.

The Companion Guide (PDF workbook). This is the other half of the work. Inside:

  • The full Scriptural foundation for breath and the body, so you can enter this with confidence instead of hesitation
  • Preparation instructions — how to fast, set your space, and position yourself to actually receive
  • Five questions to answer before you press play, including the one most people avoid: What is it that I'm really holding onto?
  • A prayer to pray before you lie down, inviting the Holy Spirit into your body, not just your mind
  • Integration prompts for after the session — what you let go of, what's possible now, where you felt it, and what God said (expect Him to speak to you during this session)
  • A closing prayer for remembering what was released, so you don't pick it back up out of habit
  • The Reset framework for when the wave comes back: Repent → Refocus → Resume

Print it out. Write in it. This is where it lands.

Lifetime access. Grief comes in waves. This isn't a one-time event you attend and file away — it's a resource you return to when the next wave hits.

Who this is for

Christians who love God and are still carrying the weight of grief.

People who have done the therapy, read the books, gone to church, prayed the prayers — and still feel the weight in their body. If everything you've tried has addressed the symptom and left the root untouched, this is the missing piece.

Who this isn't for: anyone looking for a quick fix. This asks something of you. You have to be willing to actually feel it.

How to prepare

Fast first — overnight is fine, 24+ hours is better. Empty yourself so God can fill you. Starve the flesh, feed the Spirit. And practically: a full stomach restricts the diaphragm and dulls your ability to feel into your body.

Find somewhere private where you won't be interrupted and where you're free to fully express whatever comes up. Emotion is energy in motion — it needs somewhere to go.

Comfortable clothes. A mat or blanket to lie on. Your printed guide and a pen. Phone on Do Not Disturb.

Then press play and let God do what He does.

One honest word

Whatever comes up — let it. Tears, shaking, heat, memories you haven't touched in twenty years, laughter, or nothing at all. There is no correct experience. Your only job is to keep breathing and stop managing the outcome.

God has something for you in this. Let Him give it to you.

You weren't meant to do this alone.

What happens in the session is real. But grief doesn't fully resolve in isolation — it resolves in community, where you can be seen in what you're releasing and what you're stepping into.

That's why every purchase includes an invitation to The Healthy Christian Collective — our free community of Christians who are done surviving and ready to actually heal. Live discipleship calls four times a week, a daily Telegram community, the Back to the Basics framework, and free monthly breathwork with Nate on the last Sunday of every month.

God is calling us out of the seasons we've been grieving.

This is your opportunity to finally turn around.

 Together, we will #MakeThrivingStandard.
